Policies/Your Merchant Agreement:
Mirina Collections Policies and the customers merchant agreement is found below:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY: We gladly accept returns and offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase for US orders only. Please note that store credits/exchanges/refunds are not accepted for international orders. We do not offer a cancel, return, refund or exchange policy when shipping our designs outside of the USA OR in the instance a coupon code is applied at checkout. Please purchase at your consent and knowing that your design will follow our shipping policy, as well as for international orders a customs process that can take additional time.
Exchanges will only apply to regular priced designs only (no coupon code or flash sale items may be returned, refunded or store credit) All Store Credits & Exchanges must be within 7 days of the original shipment date. We do not accept returns on Earrings (even if unworn; due to health matters). All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn condition. Store Credits/exchanges do not apply to sale items or ambassador purchases or items bought with a coupon code. If your order was placed with a coupon code we do not offer a refund, return, store credit or exchange policy. Your order will be final sale when using a discount code of any sort at checkout. When checking out on the website (www.mirinacollections.com) with a coupon code you understand it is FINAL SALE per the agreement with Mirina Collections and customer.
Store Credits and exchanges must be sent within 7 days of arrival and must be in new condition, unworn with original tags still attached. This option is available to orders that did not use a coupon code at checkout. Store credits will include the amount paid by the customer MINUS $15 for processing fees incurred by Mirina Collections. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item for an exchange or store credit. Store Credits & Exchanges will be processed within 2-10 business days upon Mirina Collections receiving the package. We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse an exchange or store credit based on the returned condition. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed by Mirina Collections.
When purchasing from www.MirinaCollections.com, you accept these terms and conditions. Our policies will have no exceptions as our items are best priced or made to order. Mirina Collections does not offer a refund policy on ANY designs, however, if no coupon code was applied or sale item was purchased we will gladly exchange or provide a store credit.
If you are returning your item please email email@example.com with your order number, first and last name and reason for return along with photos.
SHIPPING POLICY: Standard shipping (Our Cost Friendly Shipping Option) is offered on all items with no min. order to the USA & Worldwide along with express options being available to all customers. If Standard Shipping is selected the customer will NOT be provided a tracking number when their order is fulfilled, however, Mirina Collections does track all packages internally via USPS, DHL or FedEx depending on how we send to the customer and if in the USA, you will receive your design within 15 business days from the fulfillment date. If you live outside of the United States, please refer to our international shipping times.
Please keep in mind we do not mass produce our designs and the collection is made to order with a 4 week design and production time when choosing the standard shipping option (FREE SHIPPING OPTION) at checkout. This is also noted next to the standard shipping option when checking out. This means it can take 30-35 business days to create your Collection before shipping your Collection. Mirina Collections will create the design once you actually place the order. This is our most cost friendly way to receiving a famous necklace and is absolutely FREE for customers. However, at MC we strive to send your design as quickly as possible if it is available. USA orders may take 2-15 business days additional once fulfilled and international may take 5-40 additional days per USPS policies. This is an estimate and not guaranteed.

*To receive your design within 2-10 business days, please opt for express shipping where your collection/order is pulled from our showroom vs. made to order and shipped immediately. Fees do apply and must be paid at the time of checkout.
Items that are delayed will not be refunded, however, after 30 days of transit time we can claim your package and resend to you using a different carrier if within the USA. This does not apply to international orders due to custom wait times.
If you need your Collection piece sooner, please exercise our Express Shipping Options and pay appropriate fees. This is the only guarantee of receiving your design at a sooner date then by choosing our standard / cost friendly shipping option. If FREE shipping is selected, your design is made to order and will follow policies noted on this page and checking out at www.MirinaCollections.com
All shipping details are based on approximate shipping times and Mirina Collections will not be held liable for delays due to the the postal service, nore will refunds be issued. Your item may be shipped from various locations worldwide as we have several design and project shipping houses found throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia under our new management - effective May 2016.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping is available on all designs. Due to the designs having to clear customs - we ask for all customers to please be patient during this time. When placing an order overseas, MC will not be held liable for any custom delays, charges or designs not making it to the customer. Please place your order with caution and explore your countries custom requirements. If not received within 5-40 business days we can provide tracking updates to you as tracking is kept internally for all orders.
If you need your collection pieces sooner, please feel free to checkout using our express option where we will ship your design in the time noted at checkout.
Holiday Shipping: In the event there is a major Holiday within the month, packages may be delayed due to USPS as well as the volume of sales Mirina Collections will incurr during the Holidays. In this event, shipping may take 4-6 weeks (30-50 days) + USPS delivery time.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: Incase, you may have indicated the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make sure your order gets to the right address. In your e-mail please include your order #, and incorrect address, and please include the new address you would like us to ship your design to. This must be done before your order has been processed. You may email us at Ppress@MirinaCollections.com to update your address within 24 hours of placing your order. Mirina Collections will not be held liable or replace or refund or provide store credit for shipping errors made at checkout by the buyer.
Please keep in mind Mirina Collections is not liable or responsible for any misplacement, theft or delay or unpicked up items from the USPS.
AMBASSADOR PURCHASES / USING A DISCOUNT CODE: There is NO refunds, exchanges or store credits available for purchases made with a discount code. Our return policy will only take place when an item is purchased from our website at retail value (no sale items, discounted items or coupon codes may be used). All sales are FINAL when using a discount code - even if there is a delay in shipping time. By using a coupon code at checkout you agree to these terms.
CHARGEBACKS FOR ITEMS SHIPPED: If a chargeback is filed or you dispute with the bank, Mirina Collections has the right to charge the customer for the full retail value of the collection once the collection is confirmed delivered via our carrier (USPS, DHL or FedEx) if a chargeback is conducted by the customer.
AMBASSADOR CODES: All ambassadors/affilates will be provided a coupon code for their friends, family, followers, etc. to use. This code will be active for 60 days from the date you placed your order. If you would like to extend your code we will be happy to do so. Please fill out the contact form and we will reactivate. Code amounts and discounts can be altered without notice based on Mirina Collections newest collections and offerings within that season. The program can change at the discretion of Mirina Collections without notice.
PACKAGING/DAMAGED COLLECTION ITEMS: At Mirina Collections we strive to provide excellent packaging so that your collection arrives safely. During the shipment process we can not guarantee that damages will not occur. Damages should not occur due to safe packaging, however, if you ever receive your design broken or damaged, we will happily exchange the item(s) for no charge (100% of design cost) + FREE USA SHIPPING. This option is only available for USA shipping and customers only. If you placed your order and we are shipping overseas, this option is not available. In addition, only this time Mirina Collections will pay for the return shipping cost (via the United States Parcel Service -Flate rate shipping). Damaged items must be unworn and repacked in the original packaging. Please email us immediately with your order number, item description, a description of the damage, along with a photo to Press@MirinaCollections.com and we will be happy to replace it or find you another design you like. Please note this will only apply if we receive an e-mail within 24 hours of order delivered to your address as well as your shipping address is within the USA.
The above policy will only apply as a one time rule, designs are well packaged and inspected to ensure safe delivery. Mirina Collections will only exchange a damaged item one time. We will not consistently send replacements for damaged items.
